Il luogo ti farebbe quasi più pensare ad un ristorante molto ricercato, pure da guida Michelin, in realtà offre una cucina senza pochi fronzoli con tutti i piatti tipici della cucina maremmana. Pure la carta dei vini consiste nella selezione della produzione della fattoria a prezzi davvero abbordabili! Come antipasto abbiamo scelto due tipi di crostoni: uno ai moscardini ed uno al pecorino con pesce affumicato... gusti estremamente decisi e con ingredienti praticamente a km zero. Ottimi. I tortelli maremmani erano veramente molto buoni, così come le caserecce al ragù bianco di cinta senese. Che dire...viva la semplicità, specie se servita in una location da favola! ”
